I cannot say enough about Ryan and his help today! Without getting into great lengthy detail, I have been having problems with my neighbors continuously trespassing on my property. Said neighbor removed the monument markers from the property line. I knew pretty much where they were located but he in fact helped me to identify my markers by suggesting I use a metal detector. He gave me the pertinent information I needed. I am so grateful for his help as I am on a fixed income and am battling cancer. The fact he went the extra mile to help me says a lot about his character as a businessman and person! While his rates were fair, I financially could not pay for a full survey.
